We need a postcard to send to our alumni who may attend a conference of another organization. We will be holding a dinner for any of our alumni at this conference, and we want to get the word out to them. We are a seminary (a graduate school for theology and religious studies). We already have a logo and graphic that need to be included. The purpose of the card is to make sure alumni know the dinner will be taking place, and for them to hear a warm welcome from us.
The following text needs to be included in the design (the formatting is flexible, but the information all needs to be there):
"Join Westminster and Your Fellow Alumni at the Westminster Alumni Dinner at the CCEF National Conference

Not registered for the CCEF National Conference? It's not too late!
Join us at the 2013 CCEF National Conference, October 11-13 in Frisco, TX. The topic for this year's conference is "Not Alone: The Relational Core of Life and Counseling." Join CCEF Faculty David Powlison, Ed Welch, and others for a conference that aims for the center of all counseling and even all of life-our world is utterly personal and all about relationships. CCEF conferences usually examine a particular problem such as fear, addictions, or psychiatric disorders. This year we are giving our attention to how relationships are at the core of all ministry, no matter what the problem. For more information and to register, visit ccef.org/2013-conference.
Please note, you must register separately for the CCEF Conference and the Alumni Dinner."
