Postcard Design Brief

Hello. We need a few design options for a direct mail campaign in the name of getting new clients. We are a lien processing company, www.titanlien.com (the website is terrible and is in the process of redesign, so just pay attention to the content, not the design)

A "preliminary notice" is a legal document that we send on behalf of our customers. We aren't lawyers and this "notice" only becomes a legal document once the contractor isn't paid for his work. It's basically a document telling the owner or a property that you're working on the betterment of their property and expect to be paid for your work.

I plan on printing this document on something other than paper. I want it to stand out when it's in someone's hand. I haven't decided on what material and it shouldn't effect the design options, but just so you know I'm thinking of something very creative and different. Not a typical postcard.
