Sorry i got the sites :) please let me know about site content which you want to use in design?

We want to use the content/site architecture. The visuals and icons can change (need to change).

The logo and its color scheme are the only things you have to use.

The content - that is, the names of the navigation and links - you also have to use.

We want three main "links" featured on Home Page: Generations 101, Generation Gaps, Generational Strategies.

We want four lower level links on the Home Page: Training, Tools, Resources and Discuss.
