Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for HiredKey™ (hiredkey.com), an online community where job hunters, recruiters and career coaches will meet to discuss matters related to the job search space. It will feature advanced tools for job hunters including a job search engine, new job alerts, user forums and blogs, and later on will host a marketplace to find resume writers and coaches.

In a nutshell, HiredKey™ is a community that provides advanced tools for job hunters for free.

The site will look almost exactly like this: http://buddywp.wpengine.com/ so the logo should look good on a dark background (just like the "buddy" logo in the upper left corner of that site).

The logo should be friendly and youthful. You may want to approach it around the fact that is a community (like the "buddy" logo), or from the angle of "tools", from the job search perspective, or from any other angle that you see fit.

Target Market(s)

Man and women, between 35-60 years old, with no children at home, mostly with college or some college, making $40k/year or more.
