Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for a new business called 'Always Better Together'. I help to connect corporate businesses to not-for-profit community organisations. I help the corporate companies to take part in volunteer projects that have great meaning and leave behind an impact and also are a great way to engage their team and make them proud of where they work. I help charities/communities to use these volunteers to achieve the best results for them. These charities may range from helping elderly, children, homeless to animals plus more.
I'm passionate about bringing corporate and community together and bringing this connection to life.
I need a logo that is smart, friendly and eye catching. A number of volunteer sites use washed out colours and people holding hands around a globe - but I want something fresh that captures what I am about.
I haven't got a website yet so the colours are open at this stage for what you think captures the above.
The final design should communicate the 'better together' theme.
