The elements of the program are, 1 continuous monitoring of printer infrastructure, 2 proactive printer redeployment, 3 - 99.99% uptime of printing fuctionality and 4 billing on a per page printed basis that is inclusive of consumables and printer repair and maintianence. In addittion we provide printing infrastructure assesments with the objective of designing an optimium balanced situation by using desk top printers, midsize work group Multie functioning devices and larger MFP devices. We are an HP office printing specialest Elite Partner as well as ISO 9002 audited as a Toner cartridge Remanufacture.
