Logo Design Brief
We need a logo design for an engineering company based in San Diego called "TKJ Structural Engineering." We provide structural and seismic design/consulting services for building construction and modifications. We would like our logo to communicate a sense of professionalism, stability, and comfort (as in "we are completely comfortable hiring your firm to take on projects of any size or complexity.")

Must have
- A solid, stable, dependable feel. Should convey that clients can expect professionalism and experience from an established company. Should be relatively simple and clean. Subtle but not too plain or boring.
Nice to have
- Perhaps conceptually integrate a building material or component: concrete, steel I-beam, a tower profile, city skyline, etc.
Should not have
- Avoid red. Should not be too dynamic, colorful, or busy--but the current logo is way too boring! Thinking 2-3 colors max. We design buildings--we do not want to convey motion or whimsy!
