Logo Design Brief

Hello.

We need a logo to our new property company based in Stockholm Sweden.

Our company aims to operate 50 / 50 between to segments which is building/developing and as a long term property owner.

We see ourselves and the company as innovative, competent, experienced and fast moving. We try hard to “break” old patters in the business to make room for new and more effective ways of doing business. This has led to our ownership in the cutting edge real-estate platform MyRent. This software helps us to effectively operate our properties with less a lot less staff than before.

Out company name is “HUVUDGATAN” which translated to English means “Main Street” the reason we have chosen this name is that every place/city etc have a Main Street. And we aim to only own and develop properties in A locations as we call it.

As our company will work with a lot of different properties (old, new, modern, classic etc) this is why we would like a “skyline” in the background of our logo to symbolise this.
We made a sketch to help you on your way but don’t let this in any way limit you in your creativity. We might end up with a totally different logo/ide if we see something we like more.
