Logo Design Brief
I need a logo to serve as the centerpoint of a full brand re-design for the website, Top Vegas Realty. This is for a real estate broker-salesperson who works with residential buyers and sellers of mid- to high-end single family homes. Concepts for the website will include "Top 5" lists (Top 5 tips to negotiate price, Top 5 selling pitfalls to avoid, etc.),
The logo design should be bold, but not too flashy. Sophisticated but not busy.
Color schemes I'd like to explore could include black, white, red, sky blue, metallic silver, and/or metallic gold. Or others based on your expertise.
Graphics might include some variation of a house, roof, top hat, Maslow's triangle, mountain top, or other symbols that give a sense of a pinnacle or peak. I'm not interested in designs based on a "spinning top."
