Signage Design Brief

I am looking for a sign to go out the front of my holiday rentals. I have just started the business and i have lots of competition so i want these signs to stand out but be elegant and modern. I need the signs to be the same but a spot for the house name to be able to be changed by me i photoshop.
Happy for suggestions of any kind.. My logo has pink in it and this is the only pink i want on the sign, happy for otherr colour suggestions but no more pink and no love hearts.

We live in a beachside town called Robe and its seasonal, so we are mainly accommodatio so i need to stick out!!
