Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for our new company called Media Boutique. It's a turnkey solution for local medias (Papers, magazine, web, radio station, TV broadcasters) that allows them to convert merchant's advertising exchange contracts into cash. We like to say that our product is a common ground environment where a media directly interacts with his retail merchants advertisers and the consumers that are users of the media (and also buyers the offers online). The goal of the company is to link the media, the advertiser and the consumers. we could say we are a white label online store manufacturer. We thought of different concept like 3 overlap circles (a bit like mastercard) and another which we see a rising arrow (like a financial chart) that would be embedded in the letter M of Media Boutique. We are open to suggestions and want our logo to represent our mission and also to look like a modern Sillicon Valley SAAS business.
