Logo Design Brief

We provide Home inspections for buying and selling of homes in the Austin Texas area. We are looking to appeal to a more mature crowd so we want a vintage, country look. We want the logo to evoke the thought of a established brand hence why we picked "OAK" in our name because oak is "strong". Black and white or gray scale is something I like but im open to warm neutral tones. I want it to be readable from a distance.
