Dear Designers, please take into consideration that the more image you have, the heavier the email message will become. I need something lightweight. Images should only be on areas where we need to "spotlight". Here's some guidelines from my end:

1. Career Advice Goodness (featured post) - One image for a blog post that we want to feature. This is like a "feature blog post" - Try to have header and read more button away from image
2.Featured jobs - this is job of the week. Just one job with an image Please include headline and text for description. All in apply now button
Hot jobs this week (latest jobs this week) - these will be links for jobs we want to publish for the week. also add in find more jobs button
3. Latest blog post for the week - small thumb nails and headline (5-6 thumbnails) in one row. Read more button to bring them to our blog page.
4. Header and footer should have social media buttons - Linkedin, twitter, facebook
