Logo Design Brief

I am launching an education recruitment company and am looking for a logo. I am hoping for the logo to incorporate a picture of a koala (not too large)

I have been looking online and have seen several logo's that I like (see attachments) but I am looking for something unique.

I prefer Greys, Blacks and White's but I am not set in stone with colour.

I look forward to seeing your designs, I will give feedback as much as possible.
