Logo Design Brief

We need a professional, CLEAN logo that helps brand our company. The company name is Banyan Search and we are an executive recruitment professional services company with multiple service lines. We would like a logo that focuses on "Banyan" with the Search not as pronounced or not the main focus point. Our colors are Blue (#7bafd4) and Black (#00000). Logo used digitally (website, LinkedIn, FB, etc) and letterhead/business/marketing and blogs. We tend to like the "Banyan" being the blue and "Search" in black, but receptive to different ideas. We want to communicate: Professional, Personal relationships, trust

• Clean font, but still interesting
• Use our colors (Blue #7bafd4 or a website derivative of that color and black)
• Banyan Search in the title - feel free to focus on "Banyan" and the "B" in Banyan
• Professional looking
• Easy to read/understand - not overly complex

Nice to have

• We gravitate to those that use the B (alphabet) but like abstract in general more than a picture of something. We tend to like the logos that focus on the company name the best. Incorporating the initials is good, ones that use a unique "B" and then the rest of the name are good, but we would like more that use just the name as well.
