Letterhead Design Brief

We need letterhead. Attached is the business card info and style that we want to incorporate into the letterhead. I want 2 forms of the letterlead. First, standard letterhead and second, I want the same thing, but with the tree almost translucent on the page. I need 8.5x11. I want color similar to the blue and brown that is on the business card. I like the wave simailar to the card also. Across the bottom as a ticker tape should list the treatments available.
