Logo Design Brief

Hi, we need a logo for our new finance and capital fund called Merino Capital. Merino is a type of sheep famous in New Zealand where we come from for having the finest wool. New Zealand was build to use an old New Zealand expression "off the sheets back". We take investors money so our brand is all about being strong, stable, safe and reliable. When you see the Merino it looks iconic with its large horns. We have another company called Eightfold so we'd like to keep similar colours. Here are the colours:
