Hi, this is an interesting project. However having non guaranteed payment you might not get as much interest from designers for obvious reasons. If you will change this, you'll have much better results.

Thank you for your message. I am happy to guarantee payment. I have asked about this of design crowd and awaiting their response. I just want to know how I can get people to talk to me first before submiting design, then that way I only choose and pay for design submissions ideas that I like. In the mean time I'm happy to answer any questions.

Hi,
After you chose a winner, there is another phase of the project where you and the designer work together to adjust the design in order to make it more likeable to you. i.e. if you want a different font or background color or whatever you can request this to the designer through the website, and after you are happy with the results you can forward the payment to the designer.
