Logo Design Brief

Need a brand new logo design for a construction defect consultant. My speciality is in all kinds of roofing, my über specialty is slate and tile roofs. Secondary area of expertise is custom residential construction. My job is to come in and identify failing materials and bad installations. I then generate engineering reports for owners and provide expert witness trial testimony for their legal team. This industry is filled with 55+ year old experts who don't like visit construction sites anymore. I am 30 years old and go to great lengths to properly document these conditions. I need my logo to represent new blood in the expert scene, without feeling "2.0"-ish. Construction defect attorneys are the clientele I am marketing to, please try to design with them in mind.

Logo needs to say Goodman Consulting. Perhaps an emphasis on "G". Tagline: Roofing & Construction Defect Expert
