Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for my bookkeeping business, I provide all types of bookkeeping services, from picking up of the work to process financial information through a range of accounting programs, provide compliance lodgements to the various government departments, provide reporting for business owners for reviewing there financial postion, provide butgeting and cashflow statements going forward. Review ways of streamlining there business processes and use computer programs to make life easier. I would like the feel of the logo to be easy going, no worries, a feeling of not being boring as is the accounting profession but still professional. I'm unsure of colour, if possible can i get 2 modern feel colours.
