I am interested in submitting a design for this project, but befire I embark on it I wondered if you had any preferences for colours, font type or any ideas for the design that you would particularily like me to explore.

Do not worry if you haven't, I just find it sensible to engage a potential client first to assess their needs rather than design in isolation.
