Label Design Brief

We need a label designed for Organic Coconut oil. We would like the label to convey the gourmet/high quality product. It should be modern and simple and look like an artisinal product. The label will need to contain all the basic label requirements - Independence list, place for nutrition facts, our company logo etc.
The label will ultimately be printed as oil proof, so it will have a glossy appearance.
I have includes some examples that I like and a file with the logo.

Product Container - Wide Mount Clear Glass Jar: 4.75 inches tall (base to the bottom of the lid) and 9.5 in circumference
Label: Can be 1 or 2 separate labels, round, square and rectangle are okay
No larger than 3 inches high and 9 inches long
