I have questions:
1. what is the size of the flyer?
2. If its a half-fold Brochure, is it A4 and half-folded? or A5 half-folded?
3. I assume you want more like a brochure printed on all side. So, do you want all the text on document to be put in or it's a guidelines and we decide how to visualize it with some text included?

The size is A4 and half-folded. Please see that the word doc have 4 pages, each one for a different side of the brochure. The brochure needs to have all the text from the word doc, however, I will much appreciate if you can visualize the text. Thanks!
