Brochure Design Brief

******** Modification - based on the designs we have received to date we have decided to go with 11x17" (4 faces) that will be folded into 8.5x11 - we have too much information for the smaller tri-fold format. ***************

We need to develop a tool for mortgage brokers (our distribution channel) to use with borrowers to make selling our services easier.

Our brochure will be in both english and french (probably 2 separate units due to length) (to date our collateral materials have been one page recto-verso with english on one side and french on the other side).

We already have a layout that we use - see examples for existing layout and design format (i will upload the: 1) 8.5'x11' single page flyer with english on e side and french the other side 2) the 10 questions unit we use 4.5"x11")

I have prepared a powerpoint which I will upload that shows the objectives and provides content examples.

The final product we are looking for is in English, we would then provide the french text to add to the 2nd unit.

Target Market(s)

Borrowers (consumers) who are having financial difficulties and as a result may lose their homes - they are in a high state of emotional crisis and need someone to "take charge (broker)" and be walked thru a plan (our brochure that you will be creating)

Requirements

Must have

• Must be consistent with our current look and feel (ie colours, professionalism)
  
  Must be easy to produce as we will do short runs and have the brochures printed with our different broker's contact info on the back - so either a trifold 8.5"x11" or a 11x17"
