Menu Design Brief

We need a beverage menu for our Restaurant, Hot Tamale based in Darwin Australia. We are a modern Mexican style restaurant, see www.hottamale.net.au, with Australia's largest tequila collect, great cocktail list.
Effectively we want a list we will sit on all tables, either A4, maybe 1 fold, 2 pages front and back or maybe A3 3 fold front and back.
We would also then look at running a seperate tequila list and extended cocktail list at the bar.
I was personally doing a list but would prefer to get a designer to complete it and make it better.
I have also thrown the logo in. I have also always designed this but is time for it to be more professional. I do like to incorporate a day of the dead skull and the logo, Hot Tamale, and tag line of Tacos & Tequila or Darwin Est. 2012

Must have

• Logo I would like to incorporate a fun day of the dead skull, which we have already done in our currently logo. The whole thing needs to be interesting and appealing looking. Modern and funky. Mexican. I really need my beverage list to be more fun and inviting, not stuffy.
• For the beverage list I sit at the table I am looking for Multiple Sections, BEERS (International (10), Draught (3) Ausse Pack (2), COCKTAILS (10), SPIRITS and spirit category heading Whisk(e)y (10), Agave (6), Vodka (2), Gin (2), Rum (5), WINE | SANGRIA | MIMOSA Wine List (11) Sangria & Mimosa (4) NON ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES Soda (9) Juices (4) Cocktails (4)

Nice to have

• A template I could roll out for an extended cocktail list and and extended Tequila List.
