Logo Design Brief
I want this logo to incorporate the term "Home Sale Specialist" with an "app" looking box or a computer looking "icon" with a house inside. The house needs to be the shape of a "house shaped yard sign typically used by Realtors.
Use of a "sale tag" on the house is an idea I like as well.
I want the logo to project a "National Brand" or "Franchise" type image.
The idea of this company is to allow each individual agent to promote themselves first, and most prominently. Using their name as the large, bold part of the sign, and having the company name "Home Sale Specialist" serve as almost their "Title" that appears under their name.
