Logo Design Brief

I need a modern logo design for the front of a new free-distribution magazine called WE Hockey. This logo will be the title of our magazine and should be modern and make an impact. I would like to use the colors medium-dark blue and light silvery-gray. The W and E should both be capitalized as it refers to Windsor-Essex County. The dimensions of the magazine are 11.5 in. x 17 in. so the logo would need to fit that size requirement.
