Logo Design Brief

My company is "Happy New Beginnings LLC" - I'm a realtor with Napier Realtors ERA (in Richmond, VA) and I've formed a team called "Happy New Beginnings" because this is what we do. We create HNB for people by helping them buy or sell homes and making that an awesome experience. Since my company colors are red, white, and blue, I need to stay within those colors. Yellow would also work, I think. I often end my emails or my FB posts with "Are you ready for your Happy New Beginning?" I'd love to have the logo convey happiness, a new start, excitement, with a tie in to real estate. I want to stay away from the typical designs that come up when I google "real estate logo."

• Anything offensive, divisive, political, religious, crude... but this all seems logical.
• Not too interested in "lettermark logos" aka acronyms.
