Logo Design Brief

I need a logo to represent an annual award program for my company. I want to incorporate the company logo in some way, likely just the circle in our logo. I have a vision of a presidential seal or similar. The company award logo will be stamped into hard paper, will be crafted as a wax seal for the invitations, will be stamped into a "coin" to be awarded to each winner, will be placed online in our internal portal and will be in many other internal marketing items. I will also use the logo on our recruiting website and in recruitment efforts. My team enjoys luxury such as Ferregamo, Rolex, Gucci and other brand names.
