Genius Homes build new prefabricated homes in New Zealand.
Our smart building system means we can supply houses at affordable prices and deliver them all over New Zealand.
The catalogue content tells customers about our company and shows them our range of house designs.
The cover needs to be inviting and professional.
Our main company colour is Pantone Blue 3005.
Secondary colours are Pantone dark blue 302 & Grey (40% black).

I'll upload a copy of our old catalogue cover & some new pictures - we want a different layout but similar content, just new pictures.
