T-shirt Design Brief

I want a t-shirt designed that I can wear to help me attract like minded people who want to join this innovative startup company.

THE COMPANY VISION: creating a fair and equitable playing field - where personal style, age, race, and gender no longer play any part in how opportunities accrue to people.

The idea is that I can wear the t-shirt to technology industry events and attract attention from people who might be interested in becoming employees.

The t-shirt should be able to help attract that person to start a conversation with me about the company I am building.

Target Market(s)

Software engineers at companies like Google, Facebook, Microsoft, IBM etc.

These engineers are ideally mid level in their career - mid level managers with about 15 years of experience. They are usually male as well.

Requirements

Must have

• Front of shirt:
• The text must say "Care About Fair?" And in smaller text underneath it say " we care about creating a fair and equitable playing field - where personal style, age, race, and gender no longer play any part in how opportunities accrue to people."
• The graphic on the front should represent people from *all* the following specific different backgrounds:
• "normal" stick man, introverted stick man, stick woman, LGBT stick man, asian stick man, black stick man, old stick man.
• The back of the shirt:
• This should list the following open roles we have:
• VP of Engineering
• UI/UX Designer
• Data Scientist
• Software Engineer

Nice to have

• Use color in the stick men/woman to represent the differences in personality types.
