Web Design Brief

I want a web design for a home care company called Surety Home Care. What SHC does is send caregivers into people's homes to assist with daily living needs such as companionship, food preparation, cleaning, bathing, using the bathroom, etc. Most of the clients are seniors. The people deciding to use SHC are usually the 50 year old children of these senior citizens. Most visitors to the site will be women searching for this service for their parents.

The call to action is to inspire the website visitors to call us to set up an appointment to meet them in their home. The site design should inspire confidence in Surety Home Care to care for people's needs. We want to show the same attributes that a parent should have. Safety, Security and Loving Care.

Again, the goal of the site is to inspire and make it EASY for visitors to contact us either by phone call or through the website. The first choice is that they call us.

To help you with your ideas, In the attachments I've included different versions of our logo, a site map, examples of photos we might use and very rough draft of the website copy.

Target Market(s)

The customers will mostly be seniors. But, the people who will decide to use the company will the the 50 year old children of those seniors. Also, it is mostly women who are looking for help for their parents.
