Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for a new company called "Write Congress" (can also be "WriteCongress" with no spaces, your call). The site's main purpose is to promote writing letters to legislators, or even the president.

I'd love to see a design that incorporates either a) the classy look and beautiful typography of the US Constitution ("We the people...") or b) something more modern that might attract a younger crowd (early 20's - 30's).

I'd like the logo to communicate patriotism, and close communication with our government. A simple example might be a quill out beside the name "Write Congress" or something, but I'm hoping you'll come up with something much more interesting.

Target Market(s)

Anyone that wants to quickly communicate with the government, which crosses a pretty wide spectrum. If I was forced to choose, I would say people in their 20's and 30's that care about politics.
