We need a professional, 2 sided, T-Shirt design for my Physical Therapy private practice in Waco, TX named: Heart of Texas Physical Therapy or "HOT PT". I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy who treats Dizziness, Vertigo, Balance Problems, and Spinal Issues such as neck and back pain. I am uploading adobe illustrator source files of my logo, exterior signage at my practice, and business card designs for examples of color and my contact information. The final design needs to communicate professionalism and health and well being.
