I need a logo design for a building development of 6 luxury townhouses. The name of the development is called "Koi" as the development site used to have fish ponds covering it and the property is situated on a bay, with a stream running through the property. I would like the logo to look luxurious, with an image of a fish and Koi written, possibly in a cursive font. Colourings either black, grey, silver or gold
