Word as mentioned is it MS office package, coudn't you use ms office publisher that is part of ms office package 2007 or similar, which can be edited as well as used for basic designs. This is for your info.

You have attached 8 files, could you add one, exactly what you mite require in the document, its more easy to understand, and 1 doc the logos required.

The document labelled "New member welcome pack" is the document that we wish to distribute to our members and the one we want you to make beautiful with your design.

The document labelled "corporate identity guidelines" is to give you examples of how our documents usually look, and how our logos are used.

The rest of the uploads are logos for you to use.
