Hi . Please review my revisions :)

Hi,

My name is Maddie Sinclair and I've just started work at The Film Distillery, Canberra as their Marketing and Publicity Co-ordinator. I'm trying to get up to speed with where we are with this branding project, which I think you've been progressing with Lisa Garner, who no longer works with us. So far, I think you've done the following for us:

1. Logo design
2. Email signature design
3. Letterhead design
4. Business card design

Is that correct?

We're keen to progress the email signature design further ASAP. I think you provided three options to us – is that correct? If so, of those, we prefer the second one (white card with rounded yellow strip at bottom left and rectangular black strip bottom right which houses the web address). For our email signatures, we're after this version, but in a HTML format rather than just a plain jpeg... as we want the text to be selectable and for email addresses and web addresses to have actual hyperlinks, so I think they may need to be designed in an HTML editor. We'll also need 4 named versions (for our 4 different staff members – Andrew Marriott, Shannon Wilson, Scott Chamberlain and Maddie Sinclair).

Would you be able to do the above for us?

Hi , Maddie . yes, you are right . I worked on the four jobs for your company . As i checked the records , this project was already approved last August 12, 2016 .

Regarding to your request , i'm sorry but i only do signatures in jpeg format including the source file which is .AI file format . I don't do HTML as i have no idea on HTML language .

Do you happen to know of any other DesignCrowd designers who might be able to help us with this aspect of the email signature?

Also, do you develop Wordpress websites (not just the design, but the setting up too)? We need one done based on this new logo design/branding.

Yes but unfortunately , they dont have designcrowd account . I told him to register right after he came home . If that would be fine to you.
