Flyer Design Brief

We need a flyer for a new company based in Chicago called "Sit Back Host." We are a property management solution for short-term rentals, that is, we are the intermediate between companies such as Airbnb or HomeAway and homeowners that do not have the time or the will to manage their short-term rentals but would like to earn extra money.
The flyer has to be half a page and the information can be found in our Facebook page (@sitbackhost) and in our website (sitbackhost.com) and we want it to be distributed to homeowners that might be interested in our services.
The colors we use are the following (particularly blue) http://paletton.com/#uid=53o0u0k++W0rFZTEf+V+VygZ+pQ but we are not very strict about using other colors (except for the logo that cannot be modified)
Font: Nexa Light and Nexa Bold
