Wordpress Design Brief

I would like a WordPress theme designed for my electrical business "Pulse Electrical and Communications"

I already have a hosting account (GoDaddy) where WordPress can be installed. I will need a custom theme for this.
I already have the web domain pulseelectricalandcomms.com.au

I have attached some texts for the web site as a word document

I would like a home page with a large landscape picture/slideshow across the front and then 3 separate clickable pages for Domestic, Commercial/Industrial, Communications which display images and a small write up ( see attached texts). I have attached some images but would appreciate the designers help with finding the best imagery.

I will also need a section for a blog area and contact us. Maybe even a page for about us as the text is quite long. The text could be divided so the first paragraph is on the front page and the rest is on a separate about us page.

Some of the products that our business use. these are: Clipsal, Voltex, HPM, NHP, Schneider, Hager, Pierlite, PDL images and reference to these would be good at the bottom of a page not too in your face.

Clickable links to Facebook, twitter, instagram, google and linkedin.

I need someone that is committed to researching other electrical websites in order to make my business stand out and look up there with the best.

Requirements

Must have

• Must be informative, interesting have separate area for domestic, commercial and industrial, blog and contact page. plenty of interesting pictures of each sectors. Must be mobile friendly. Prominent contact details that are easy to find. Links to social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google)

Nice to have

• Nice to have a colour scheme integrating the colours of the logo, be nice to easily navigate the site to find out what the business does in each sector, include interesting pictures that are informative and tell a story of what it is that Pulse Electrical and Communications actually does.

Should not have

• No Cheesy pictures of light bulbs or lightening bolts please.
