also you said, mush have "Animation" , it a part of coding. and this contest is for design only

The project clearly says - Web Design (Uncoded - PSD layout only)
The designer budget CAD 250 suffices for home page design only - not all pages designed or coded or any backend integrated.
please make the designer price 1000 cad minimum if you need a full dynamic multilingual site coded site as per brief or stick to the contest deliverables and you get get all done later
