Brochure Design Brief

We are a private education institution. We need the design and development of a Corporate Brochure for our College known as Coleman College. We conduct a wide range of programmes meeting the needs of Primary and Secondary School children and those who wish to pursue diploma and advanced Diploma programmes leading to degrees from recognised universities. Some details and specifications for the interested designers are as follows:

a) The proposed Corporate Brochure should give a clear overview of some background of the College, its philosophy and beliefs, vision ,mission ,values, culture, tag line, its key staff, facilities, college environment, its scope of operations, its regional efforts and reach, partners and associates, its departments and the spread of its programmes offered;

b) It is targeted mainly at important visitors, prospective partners and associates, parents, prospective students. We plan to distribute the proposed brochure to these people. We would like to have a corporate brochure which should serve to effectively convey the details set out in a) above and impress them of our image as a respectable, professional and reliable institution and would be comfortable working with or study in our College;

c) It should be presented in 16 pages (A4 size), with a lot of photos, showing our facilities, our associates, our students, student activities, out facilities, college environment, staff;

d) The brochure should enable the importance we accord to “services” to stand out. Our tag line “With Head and Heart, We Serve”, too;

e) As for colour scheme we would you to be guided by corporate colours: “Blue” and “Golden Yellow”.

f) At some appropriate places in the proposed brochure, we would like the designer to insert: Our approach to business is to operate as an “educationist”, focusing on the delivery of excellent services and embracing a clear sense of social responsibility. We would also like to include the tagline “With Head and Heart, We Serve”.
