Logo Design Brief

Looking for a new logo design for kw distributors, a wine exporting company based in San Francisco. We export primarily boutique, ultra-premium California wines to upscale Asian markets. We would like to see the use of burgundy (red wine color) and dark grey/black colors, however, we would also entertain other color alternatives. Also, we generally like the attached logo.
