Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for our company based in The Netherlands called 'Evsa Care'. Its a Healt Care company with 2 main services:
1. Home Care (domestic & abroad/oversees)
2. Health Care (domestic)

The logo shouldn't be too long (horizontal and if possible suitable as a profile picture. So to fit in a square.
Some words which the logo could communicate: Young, Fresh, Dynamic, Colourfull, Quality.
But we are also open for suggestions other from these words. So Dazzle us :)

And to help you in a direction we collected a couple of logos from the internet which we like (see uploaded files). So that could be a starting piont.

What we want to see is one (or more) of the following:
1. with a young & jumping Gazelle / Antelope (like in the logo uploaded), or;
2. with Wings (like the logo uploaded), or;
3. with the Nurse-Cap/hat, or;
4. just with the name and some nice colours

Should Not Haves:
- No 'House' and
- No 'Hands' in the logo please
