Logo Design Brief

We need a new logo design for an Executive Leadership Coaching & Organisational Change organisation based in Sydney, Australia.
The existing logo is outdated and needs updating [see uploaded pic] including font, colour, etc
The element that could be retained is the concept of the layered faces, although not imperative.
The primary business focus is coaching of C-suite executives, and board members of listed and non-listed companies, government and not-for-profit organisations.
There is also some elements of team delivery of organisatonal change programs, however the predominance is one-on-one.
The logo needs to portray conservative, yet innovative; stable, yet responsive; structured, yet flexible.
The business is all about communication.
Helping people manage their response to their environment.
To better enable them to:
- navigate their way through their business life and career
- achieve better results
- lead their organisations more effectively and competently
- reach their business and career goals.
