Logo Design Brief

123PopUp (or PopUp123) is an online marketplace for businesses to list, discover and lease popup retail space. 123PopUp will contract with available retail space and list this available space on the marketplace, including terms, pricing, etc.

Customers that are looking for popup retail space will shop on on 123PopUp and view all popup space details, including location, size, layout, terms, pricing, etc. Customers will have the ability to set up appointments to see the space, for which 123PopUp brokers will perform the showing. Upon selecting a desirable space, the Customer will complete the full transaction on 123PopUp including contracting and payment.

The Customer will also have the ability to purchase other related products and services on the 123PopUp, such as short term retail accessories, furniture, etc., as well as tenant insurance.

Target Market(s)

As more and more businesses (fashion, food, insurance, etc.) want to “test and learn” with new business retail models, before committing to long term leases, there has been an increased in interest in pop-up retail space. Globally, the popup industry has grown to $10 billion, according to PopUp Republic (http://www.retailtouchpoints.com/features/special-reports/pop-up-stores-become-more-than-just-a-trend). 123PopUp caters to customers / businesses looking for short term retail space.

Requirements

Must have

• Must provide logos of BOTH '123PopUp' and 'PopUp123'
• Reflect a business-to-business marketplace (not end consumers). Also somehow convey real estate, whether the logo incorporates a storefront, strip mall, etc. -- something that reflects retail space. Storefront MUST BE contemporary. See attached images.

Nice to have

• One of the images below shows a corner view of a storefront. This might be an interesting way to show some depth. You might also consider putting the works "PopUp123" on the "storefront" windows, such as the sketch attached.

Should not have

• While it is an internet based service, should not too corny, flashy, tacky, etc. Again, this is a business to business marketplace. And DO NOT PUT AN AWNING on the storefront image.
