Just to clarify; the calendar will not be completed as part of your project. I will be editing after basics are done by the chosen designer.


What I need is as follows;

Document Setup with the instructions in the brief; (Size, bleen, margins, slug).

Basic Layout

Cover Page Photo Only (Designer to provide frame for photo and cover layout) 
Page 2 Inside Cover starts month 1. Designer provides frame for photo along with design of page.
Page 3 (January) - Designer to provide full calendar with days and dates along with image placeholder as shown in the example.
February - December (same as above)
Last page - Same as cover; Image only

When complete it should total 28 pages with full page images on the cover, page 2,4,6,8,10,12,14,16,18,20,22,24,26,28. The bulk of the designers work with be initial layout of calendar along with colors / theme / feel. 

Hope this provides a bit of clarification.
