Icon Design Brief

We need a custom icon set developed that aligns to a new concept we are calling "Dream Jobs." A Dream Job is a contract that describes the typical desires of a job seeker. We aim to create a view of the job seeker's selections through icons.
To help define a target look and feel - Please consider the look and feel of LinkedIn and what style Icon may work across there audience we have the same target.

Below describes the 5 key criteria of a Dream Job and its minimum and Maximum values.

Company Size - This describes the Company size the Job Seeker wished to find in their dream Job.
Company Icon 1 – Small Out Fit - Less than 50
Company Icon 2 – Small Size Business – Less than 100
Company Icon 3 – Mid Size Business – Less than 1000
Company Icon 4 – Large Size Business – Less than 10000
Company Icon 5 – Global – Over 100000

Role - This Describes the job Seekers desired position in the Company.

  • The deliverable should be made through some vector style graphics as we are uncertain at this time on the what the size should be.

    A Must have is to keep the Icon as clean and simple as possible.

    A Must have is the story between the Min and Max must be easy to follow.
Nice to have
  • While we see the custom icons as the top priority, it's reasonable to assume the icon are created by enhancing an existing icon set. We would like to see that set once the final deliverable is completed.
