Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for my business cards, letterheads and surgical scrubs (embroidery of work wear). I run a veterinary practice which focuses mainly on retired greyhound care (GAP = greyhound adoption programme) work, so require a silhouette of a greyhound (not racing) but also envisage a cat to balance out the cat-dog requirements.There should be a positive feel to the relationship between the dog and cat, and the two images in relation to the business title (Mitchell Vets). Apple green is our required colour. Our scrubs will be charcoal/grey so other colours that will work with this scheme will be considered. Please find my mock up attached. We are focused on welfare work rather than the racing industry. Our logo aim is simplistic and stylish rather than 'cute' and 'cuddly' but remaining 'friendly'.
