I quite like it, although its a little too hot pink and Id prefer the pic to blend with the background, not just sit on top of it.

I've filled the front of the sleeve with the photo. As for the colour, I've made it more red, less pink. If you do go with my design (or any other design for that matter), do make sure the printer provides you with a colourproof (or even a mock-up) so you can check that the colour is really what you want.

Let me know if you'd like to see changes based on this updated design.
