T-shirt Design Brief

I am looking for a stereotypical design for an "outlaw" motorcycle club, with a logo in the middle and "rockers" on the top and bottom.
The club is whimsical and a parody of real clubs such as the Hells Angels.
What I envision is:
Top Rocker: Koneheads MC
Bottom Rocker: Rochester, NY
Logo: Something that looks like it tried to be cool, but ended up goofy - my vision is a winged or flaming skull (with a cone shape, of course), but I am open to any creative idea that fits the name.
Multiple colors are preferred.
The design will be used for embroidered patches on black leather vests, or printed T-shirts.
